I received free service by A-C AIR CARE LLC sponsored by BGE. There is not enough space to detail the SUPERIOR work by this company. Kareem was my technician and let me say, when asking for service ask for Kareem by name. First, Kareem was very respectful of my home--he asked if he should take off his shoes which I replied yes. He explained his every action to keep me informed of what I should be mindful of as the homeowner of HVAC systems.
Also, he provided me tips things that I can do to keep my system running. The entire company from its leadership, scheduling, customer service, and everything in between to completion is SUPERIOR.
If you your HVAC system has not been serviced, employ A-C AIR CARE LLC and you will be forever grateful to this company that you did.

EDIT**** - The company contacted me after seeing my post. They had a new technician out to fix the issue right away. I appreciate the way they are standing behind their good name and reputation. I would recommend this company.
I worked with this company through BGE Free Tune-Up program. The appointment was easy to get. The technician was on time and he wore a covering on his show when he came into my home. However, he spoke very poor English, and after he left the heat was not functioning. I called and another technician came out and found the electrical disconnect was broken. The technician admitted that the first tech either caused or worsened the break. To fix it he wanted to charge $180. To charge the customer for the break technician is not right. In the end, it was jerry-rigged with electrical tape at no cost. I would not recommend this company.

What a wonderful company. Attention to detail, kind, courteous and above all professionals. They installed a brand new ac unit in our townhouse along with cleaning of our heating system. They did a wonderful job and took time to ask if I had any questions or concerns. A very nice company that we highly recommend. Thank you!
